SINGAPORE – Living under the shadow of the war in Ukraine and sharing a 294-kilometre border with Russia, one might guess that Estonians would be hunkering down in fear.
But the leader of the tiny Nordic nation was instead here in Singapore accompanied by a delegation of 18 companies earlier this week, pitching Estonia as a safe and dynamic investment destination with a thriving startup ecosystem eager to support ambitious entrepreneurs.
